We ask that new patients arrive 15 minutes early for their appointment to complete patient information forms. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, please call our office ahead of time to confirm if you can be seen by a physician or nurse at the time of your arrival. If you do not call to confirm, you may need to reschedule your appointment. We request a courtesy 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations so that someone else may take that appointment time.
